Today I was super excited to get my sweet sweet @treadwright Guard Dogs on 315/75/16 and get some new steelies. Love these tires. But the tire shop that provided me the rims and install (which I will not name) really screwed up by getting me wrong offset on the rims, which we had specifically talked about what size of tires were going on the pickup. They didn't inspect when installed and I drove off. By the time I drove a few miles, I smelled burnt rubber and knew something was up. Drove back and was genuinely pissed. They knew they screwed up and provided me with loaner tires and rims for the front till fix the mess. I will say that the tire shop crew genuinely apologized for the mess up and they said they will fix everything. Just want to be ready for the upcoming trip to Hidden Falls! Moral of the story is make sure YOU inspect it. Maybe I'll keep the loaner rims😂

Storytime: I got lost in the Botanic Garden, for about an hour. I had handed my brother the map, stopped by the bathroom, and as I tried to catch up, apparently I took a turn down a different path. When I asked a random couple if they knew how to get to the viewpoint up top, they had no idea, but the girl smiled and said, “This is not the worst place in the world in which to get lost, right?” Agreed. I often find the most amazing things in life when I am wandering. At one point along my walk, I turned to see this blazing, life-sized figure, perfectly framed by lush greenery and a beautiful blue sky. The mixed-media piece “Haute Couture III” was created by Julia S. Rasor, and will be on display through the Spring.
Walking through the pillars in #VaticanCity . Imagine if all cities were built with the grandeur and style of this age... What would the world look like today? Could you imagine #NYC in this style? #Tokyo ? #Dubai ? #TravelForever
