Haven't been wanting my usual eggs in the morning, but a smoothie bowl sounded great! This one has 2 scoops Aloha Plant Protein Powder, 1 frozen banana, 1 cup almond milk, a few drops peppermint extract, 1/3 banana on top, a sprinkle of @enjoylifefoods mini chips and about a tbsp coconut flakes. Current sitch ⛽️ My car said I had 19 miles of gas left and good thing my work is only 18 miles away 😲 I was also running late and forgot my wallet but found ✌🏻single dollar bills in my car to hopefully get me home 🏡 Life is a little chaotic these days. We haven't had a kitchen for a week. I've left work everyday and went straight to the warehouse to help with production. We've eaten out every night and then continued working after the kids went to bed. I don't say this to brag because it's a personal downfall at times--but I don't know many people that can grind as hard as I do. But sometimes it leaves me on E................ So the question is what do I do to fill my tank back up? 🚗 Spend time praying, engage with my family, connect with friends, and rest!
