Last day of training in Romania. It has been great to be back home and I enjoyed training here and meeting new and lovely people. It was hard to train at 30+ degrees but I managed to take some shots to share them with all of you 🤗💪🏼

After a few days off I'm excited to jump back on the 100 day challenge 😬🙌🏽 💪🏽This glute and hamstring workout uses a mix of compound work and accessory/isolation exercises. Compound workouts call for a heavier weight and narrower rep range, while accessory work calls for light - moderate weight and broader rep ranges. Compound movements such as RDLs and squats will help you build strength overall, while accessory work will hone in on the targeted muscle group. By mixing both exercises together, you'll have a nice little shelf to rest your champagne glass on in no time 🍾🥂🍑 (refuse to buy kimoji). .

I said it out loud last night. Maybe I should just quit 😳. Cancel my registration for the competition, maybe I can get my $ back. My hubby asked 'why' and I had no tangible reasons - other than it would just be easier to quit. Then I thought about having to tell my family and my fitness ladies that I quit on my goals and I just couldn't do it. The lesson here is share your goals, because when you're not feeling strong enough to keep them the love of your community will keep you going. •We all hear about fibre, and that we need to be getting more in our diet, but why? •⠀
•There are two kinds of fibre - soluble fibre and insoluble fibre.⠀
•🍌🍎Soluble fibre dissolves in the water in your digestive system. It may help to reduce the amount of cholesterol in your blood, and can help aid in constipation. Foods that contain soluble fibre are oats, barley, rye, fruits, root vegetables and golden linseeds. •⠀
•🥜🌰 Insoluble Fibre does not dissolve in water. It passes through your gut without being broken down and helps foods move through your digestive system. Insoluble fibre keeps your bowels healthy and helps to prevent digestive problems. Sources of insoluble fibre include wholemeal bread, bean, cereals and nuts and seeds (with the exception of golden linseeds).⠀
•Both kinds of fibre are very important when it comes to digestive help (aka staying regular!). Foods high in fibre help to keep you full longer, which can help aid in weight loss as well. It is very important to have a balanced intake of fibre - too much OR too little can cause digestive distress; neither of which are enjoyable to experience! And be sure to drink plenty of fluids, the combination of water and fibre will help keep things moving smoothly and allow you to keep feeling and operating at your best!
