💥GOOD & 'MEH' PROTEIN SOURCES💥
🦄READ THIS BEFORE YOU COMMENT because I guarantee I'll have some angry vegans but if you objectively read what I wrote you'll understand my point.
🍕I'm NOT saying nuts or quinoa or chia seeds are bad for you. I'm NOT saying you shouldn't eat them. And I'm NOT saying anything bad about vegans or vegetarians.
🐣What I am saying is this -> nuts, quinoa, and chia seeds don't have a lot of protein per calorie. And I'm saying this because many people have been told nuts, quinoa, and chia seeds do have a lot of protein so they emphasize them in their diet and, often unknowingly, add a muggle ton of extra calories. -
🏓This is a common issue for any vegans/vegetarians who might be struggling to lose weight (and aren't sure why they can't lose that last bit of stubborn body fat) because, many times, they're doing everything "right," just eating too many calories without realizing it.
🍄That said, there are some great vegan/vegetarian high protein/low cal options like tofu and tempeh. So if you'd prefer to nix the animal products, totally cool, go for it. Tofu and tempeh are right up your alley. But don't be fooled into thinking nuts and quinoa and chia seeds are high protein when, truth is, they aren't. And they add wayyyy more calories to your diet than you might expect.
☃️For the same serving size (3oz), you get a fraction of the calories and more than double the protein in Greek yogurt, chicken breast, salmon, and other similar foods. So if fat loss is your goal and you need more protein in your diet, these would be way more filling and help you achieve your goals more easily.

INCOGNITO MODE....is how i am at the gym.
Have you ever flipped over a hoodie (at the gym) and not felt like a badass.... its practically impossible! You're almost forced to focus on yourself only.... blocking out other distractions.
In my opinion, wearing "baggy" or non-revealing clothes isn't an indication of a lack of confidence. In fact, its a sign of the complete opposite. Because i know i'm enough.
My attitude ➡️ BADASS
My mindset ➡️ FOCUSED
My self-esteem ➡️ CONFIDENT
Point is.... just do your thing. And do it with confidence!💪 Starve your distractions, feed your focus!💋
I have failed at things and succeed at many. I have doubted myself at times and have had an abundance of confidence. I have cried from sadness and from absolute happiness. We all go through times of doubt and negativity in our lives. We all go through things that have set us back but also pushed us forward. I have given up at times but NEVER forever... what matters is that we keep going, keep pushing, pick ourselves up and never let the negatives in our lives over power the positives.
