How much time do you spend on one leg?
Think about how we move, more often than not it's one leg after the other ! It's important to complete both bi lateral and uni lateral strength training !
Work means prepped breakfasts 😋 Nothing to motivate me out of bed like a stack of chocolate protein pancakes and berries 🥞 Im working until 5, training later, meal prepping for tomorrow and then repeating the whole cycle Thursday and Friday 💃🏻 Lucky I thrive off of routine 🙋🏼

Wanda single arm shoulder pressed 6kg for 12 reps across all sets last night for the first time in her 4 weeks with me (more reps = progression!)=
She's also lost 5lb and inches around her waist (whilst maintaining other measurements - which is perfect!).
Last night Wanda didn't think she could manage a heavier weight on her dumbbell RDL's or goblet squats...
I told her she could.
⤴ Sometimes it's nice just to have that person there to reassure you until you build up that self confidence to trust your own progression abilities.
Wanda's doing great - like, perfect - in her quest to drop body fat initially before building some lean muscle.
And I know she doesn't have instagram but stalks my profile so she'll see this 😂 .
Well done Wanda - keep doing EVERYTHING you're doing!
