HOW EXERCISE HELPS YOUR BUSINESS - @six1ds
I train seven days per week, and have done for quite a while now. Not because I'm trying to be a body builder or anything, it's 50% because I like feeling healthy and I want to live longer, but most of all, because it helps me stay sharp for work!
I've spoken before about how as an entrepreneur it's hard to switch off when you're away from work, the gym is one place where I can stop thinking about it.
Often if you're waist deep in the running of your day to day work, or you have problems you need to try and deal with, you'll find that the day rarely gets better if you don't take a step away for a short while.
Nine times out of ten, if I'm bogged down with something and I go to the gym, I come back with a whole new perspective and it allows me to tackle my issues with a fresh approach.
When you're working out, you don't have time or brain space to think about other things, that's if you're giving it your all of course. .
Any exercise is good, it doesn't have to be the gym. I personally love getting on the bag and throwing my fists at it. It's hard to think of anything else when you know if you have bad technique you can bust your wrist.
That's my personal choice, how do you get a new perspective when you need it?y

Don't allow feelings of impending doom to rob you of the present moment. Be present. Breathe. Release. Now center yourself in peace. Allow that peace to radiate. This moment is all you have. #inspiration#ichooseme
Never let anyone cut you down to fit in.... Unless you are the last two that made it😂 I promise I'll let you grow again!
Nunca dejes que nadie te corta para ser "normal" ... A menos que seas los dos últimos que sobrevivieron, ¡prometo que te dejaré crecer de nuevo!😂
Hello coconarts fam! Coconarts is officially commencing the beginning of a series - 'Songs of The Hummingbirds' where it sows the seed of an inspiriting platform for the Coconarts family (you guys) to share their every setback and breakthrough - be it battling an illness or disability, be it distress faced in school or family plights.
Why Hummingbirds? Hummingbirds are symbolic of their ingrained spirits as messengers of time, of pure joy, energy, vitality, healing, peace, infinity, agility, playfulness, loyalty, and affection. Likewise, we are all messengers and stoppers of time, living in the moment, cherishing and plunging through every little experience bestowed to us, with songs of bliss and heartbreaks/anguish embedded in the very core of our souls that long for a voice.
We hope to inspire and empower those who endeavoured through every struggle and know that no pain in their life will ever be wasted away, that every heartache was the building block of who they are now as a character. Terrible encounters ultimately create eternal, yet beautiful footprints in every individual's life. Therefore, we aspire to kindle strength and resilience in those who are battling their own demons.
So sing, voice out your life chronicles for each and every story, no matter how seemingly insignificant, are precious to our hearts. Drop us a message or a million, we are open to hear about your thoughts and insights on this! Send your stories right away via Direct Message and we will be sharing them here!🕊🌴💗✨
I recently came across an old journal I'd started as a teenager. It was a collection of inspirational quotes drawn from poems, songs, and writings of famous men and women. It seems I've always been attracted to truth and started collecting it early on in life. As I grew older, I developed the practice of taking words that resonated with me and journaling about how they applied to my own life experiences. The act of taking pen to paper allowed the words to scratch beneath the surface of my psyche and penetrate my being. Over time I found that I began to internalize these truths and have faith in their efficacy. This is when it seemed appropriate to begin sharing with others, perhaps more as a teaching tool for me than anyone else. If you're going through a challenging time or would like to go deeper into self-study, you might want to try this practice with my words or any which stir a feeling of truth within you. A practical suggestion from a longtime practitioner. ™@sacredsara
