I was off the gram for Rosh Hashanah yesterday -- happy new year to all those celebrating! I rescued a lot of leftover challah that was going to be tossed after services yesterday, and turned it into this French toast bake that I'm bringing into work today. // I am committing to self love and alignment with my core self this year- trusting that I know who I am and what I want; that that'll let me be the kindest, most empathetic version of myself; and giving myself permission to let that be enough. That's hard work! But I wanna do it. And I'm committing to deepening my yoga practice (all 8 branches!) as a way to help. So I started today with Reboot from #FWFG with @adrienelouise.
