Bom bom boooommmmmm. 🤷🏻♀️ weighed in 500 grams up but body fat stayed the same. Had a few off days this week and some uteral issuessss.... so here's to a fresh new week where I'll strive to hit compliant at the end!
Motivation for the weekend.
Use this weekend to plan and prepare for the coming week. Start Monday off right and start working towards those goals.
1. Meal prep breakfast, lunch and dinner for at least Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Plan what you are going to have and shop for groceries on Saturday. On Sunday, get cooking.
2. Plan which days you are going to go to the gym and what you are going to do. Book those classes. Diarise classes and the times you plan to be in the gym. Make this gym hour your priority, let everything else work around these times. Get your kit ready on a Sunday so there is no hunting for it during the week.

Wasn't a happy happy at my weigh in result yesterday. I gave last week 100% and always get a little bit down when it doesn't pay off. Normally now I'd quit but not this time. 💪🏻 (I was in a huff last night and had a curry but 🙄) Back on plan from today. Planning on having smaller portions, drinking more water and hitting my 10000 steps daily. There's no way I'll be back to the size I was in the first photo! 😐 Fingers crossed for a good week. 😓 #slimmingworld#newweek
