Getting back into #martialarts is the best thing that ever happened to me 🙏 There's a story behind this raw #pic . No worries no sob story, because nobody gets anything from being negative ☀️
But this is the 1st time I'm sharing this on social media. Altho I work my butt off, #train like an #athlete , last year half of my body was badly broken, severly damaged lung, undergoing many surgeries by myself @Italy. Nearly died, still hurt, I have to accept pain. But I don't want to let it get to me, because I don't have time for negative bull shit 🎻 .
It takes a tremendous amount of #power & #dedication to keep up with this #kickboxing#training , but it gives back so much #strength , focus, self confidence and most important #happiness & resilience. Believe me, it's not all about having a ripped body! Live a #happy & #healthylifestyle with lot's of fave training, treats, friends & fam ❤️

I support myself with a full-time career that is non-fitness related and bodybuilding is something I do by choice because it's my outlet and the way I express myself. I don't have a coach. This transformation was through my effort, experiments, research, discovery and knowledge I've acquired over the years.
What does my plan look like?
I don't let up. I don't cut corners. I don't look for shortcuts. I don't use excuses. I don't skip cardio. I push myself during training sessions. I plan every meal. I cook all my food. I weigh every gram, portion it and take it with me wherever I go. I drink all the water. I pee all the time. I bear down and do what needs to be done!
It's simple. If you want something you will get what you put in. If you put in half-ass effort then you will get half-ass results.
How did I stay committed for 29 weeks?
I'm not perfect and everyday I am physically and mentally challenged. No matter how I feel, I make sacrifices to remain dedicated and disciplined. I hustle and I grind until I see and feel results. Then once I do, I get into my flow and become fully intertwined in the process.
