A pretty long and busy week means this morning is mostly fuelled by #coffee ...just a few more days to go before I head to Spain next week, for a much needed break!

Some snippets from yesterday's workout:
Need a little more depth on my lowbar squats, but here's a single @8-9 with 80kg, followed by a working set of 4x4 @7-8 with 70kg
And finished off the session nicely with wide grip tng bench, 4x6 @7-8 with 50kg :)
