Well 🙊📈 since ‘No Junk June’ things took a turn for the worst; it’s been a crazy few months & I know I haven’t been actively trying to keep the weight I lost throughout June off. My body seems comfortable around my current weight as I’ve been sitting at it for a couple of weeks now (despite not tracking it). ~
Have I been beating myself up over it? Of course! Am I going to continue to do so? No way!! The progress I made prior to this year has been amazing- it’s not like I’m back at almost 16 stone! Day 267 ✅ Went shopping!!! Despite a poor Weigh In this morning I was comfy going shopping and even let the store assistant help (no one is allowed to do that when it comes to cossie shopping)! Can't wait to see what this looks like after I'm through with the next few weeks 🤸🏼♀️feeling a bit looser in the legs and plumpy round the middle and boobs- know I can kiss that good bye with healthy eating and weights training 💪🏻
